up=&#8221;4&#8243; down=&#8221;0&#8243;]<div class=\"q_list circle normal\">\n\t\n<ul>\n<li>ticket sales through five sales channels: ticket offices, vending machines, Internet, mobile phones and sales on the train (via handheld portable devices)<\/li>\n<li>have an interface for easy and intuitive ticket purchase by passengers via the Internet, vending machines and mobile phones<\/li>\n<li>enable train conductors to issue, collect and register purchased tickets<\/li>\n<li>enable customers to register (My H\u017dPP) via the Internet for the purchase and review of purchased tickets, receive information about timetables and\/or delays and changes in traffic and other important information<\/li>\n<li>provide support for marketing campaigns, effective management of relationships with passengers, support all activities for quality promotion of the company, as well as market research and analysis<\/li>\n<li>have the ability for comprehensively on-line business analysis (according to different dimensions and indicators) built on information technology for multidimensional data analysis<\/li>\n<li>have a module for calculating transport costs that takes place in cooperation with other foreign railway companies for passenger transport<\/li>\n<li>enable connection with other applications in use in the H\u017dPP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221;
